centred counselling.

I am trained and work as a person centred integrated counsellor and supervisor in a confidential, relaxed and safe environment in the Elgin and Fochabers areas of Moray. I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their strict ethical codes of good practice.

I offer confidential, face to face, online and telephone, counselling which is a different experience for each client as we are all unique individuals. My aim is to accept you as you are, to hear and understand you, and enter into a therapeutic relationship that is real and genuine in which I can help you to identify your issues and resolutions. I offer a safe place to explore feelings and emotions in a non-judgmental setting.

 

 

I have worked effectively with many different client issues both in the voluntary sector and in my own private practice, including stress, anxiety, bereavement, suicide, low self esteem, trauma to name but a few. Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request.
